Reiki Attunements (Lessons)

I am a Reiki Master Teacher and as all other Usui Reiki Masters I can trace my lineage back to Dr Usui.
Here is my lineage:-

What happens at an Attunement?

All Attunements I carry out are as individuals unless you specifically request to do these with a friend or family member. I do not usually teach classes as I prefer to give 100 percent personal attention at all times. On the day we will start by talking about the program we will be following. We will then work our way through it as detailed below. All Attunement days include a Guided meditation, specially chosen to complement the teaching program.

All courses take one full day 9am to around 5pm, but it may be later. Prices include full training, manual (available in both paper and CD formats), bonus audio tracks, ongoing support by e-mail, telephone or in person, certificate and light lunch. If you are based in Crete there will be a monthly Reiki Circle of fellow students/practitioners so that you can exchange experiences and learn additional techniques. Prices start from 100 Euros (or £100).

Reiki Degrees

There are four levels or degrees of practice of Reiki:-

REIKI I This is the simple form of gentle, hands on Reiki, to use on yourself and close family and friends only. The day will include:-

• Connection to the Reiki energy.
• Learning about the Chakras and indications of any imbalances.
• Hand positions for self treatment.
• Hand positions for treating others in a seated position.
• Hand positions for treating others lying down.
• How to self protect
• A deep guided meditation

An optional CD talking you through the hand positions to a soothing backing track which is perfect for your self-treatments is available for 10 euro.

REIKI II This is a more advanced level of Reiki. The day will include:-

• Being connected to the stronger energy of Reiki II
• Learning the sacred symbols of Reiki II
• Learning how to turn on the higher level energy.
• Advanced self protection techniques
• Distance healing.
• An audio CD of Hat su Rei and Reiki self treatment meditation.
• A deep guided meditation

REIKI IIIa (**) Master Practitioner The day will include:-

• Being Attuned to the Master energy.
• An additional sacred symbol.
• The Reiki grid.
• Psychic surgery.
• The healing attunement.

REIKI IIIb (**) Master Teacher (sometimes referred to as Reiki IV) This is the final degree of Reiki. The day will include:-

• Being attuned to the Master Teacher energy.
• Two additional sacred symbols.
• The Violet breath.
• The Microcosmic Orbit and Hui Yin technique.
• Instructions on how to Attune each level of Reiki.
• Practice each level Attunement.
• Suggested Class Programs.

** Please note that you can do Reiki IIIa and IIIb together over a weekend or spread out in the same week and a discount will be available for this.
